Shipping policy

Shipping Locations

We currently ship within Canada.

Shipping to the United States is temporarily paused until further notice.

We do not ship to international destinations at this time.


Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

During peak periods, processing times may be slightly extended.


Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

All parcels are shipped with tracked delivery via Canada Post or UPS.

Canada

Standard tracked shipping: approximately 3–9 business days depending on location.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.


Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and order size.

We may offer promotional free shipping from time to time. Any such promotions will be clearly stated at checkout.


Pre-Orders

If your order contains a pre-order item, the entire order will ship once the pre-order item is ready.

We do not split shipments unless arranged separately.

Estimated shipping dates for pre-order items are listed on the product page.


Tracking & Insurance

All orders are shipped with tracking.

Once your order leaves our studio, responsibility for delivery timing transfers to the carrier.

In the rare event that a package is:

  • Lost in transit
  • Marked as delivered but not received
  • Delivered damaged

The customer must initiate a claim directly with the shipping carrier using the provided tracking number.

We will provide supporting documentation if required.

Refunds or replacements for lost or damaged shipments will only be issued once the carrier investigation is completed and approved.


Incorrect Address & Returned to Sender

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address.

We are not responsible for:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • Packages left unattended after confirmed delivery
  • Stolen parcels

If a package is returned to sender due to an incorrect or undeliverable address:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Return shipping fees may be deducted from any refund
  • Reshipment requires payment of a new shipping label

If the carrier disposes of a parcel due to unpaid return fees, no refund will be issued.


Customs & Duties

For future international shipments, customs duties, taxes, and brokerage fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.

These fees are determined by customs authorities and are outside of our control.

We do not accept returns for packages refused due to unpaid customs or import fees.


Delivery Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Weather conditions
  • Carrier disruptions
  • Customs processing
  • Natural disasters
  • Government actions
