Orders
Q: Can I change or cancel my order?
A: If you need to change or cancel an order, email us as soon as possible at hello@mymori.ca If your order hasn’t been processed or shipped yet, we’ll do our best to help.
Q: Do you offer gift notes?
A: Yes. Leave a note at checkout, or email us right after placing your order.
Shipping (Canada)
Q: Where do you ship?
A: We currently ship within Canada only.
Q: How much is shipping?
A: Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your cart.
Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Processing time is typically 2–9 business days. Delivery time depends on the carrier and your location in Canada. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.
Q: Will I receive tracking?
A: Yes. Orders are shipped with tracking whenever available.
Returns & exchanges
Q: Do you accept returns?
A: Yes. We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging. To start a return, email hello@mymori.ca with your order number.
Q: Are shipping fees refundable?
A: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our side.
Q: What if my item arrives damaged?
A: Please email hello@mymori.ca within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging. We’ll review and arrange a replacement or solution.
Product care (sealed concrete jars)
Q: Are your concrete jars food safe?
A: No. Our concrete pieces are decorative objects and are not intended for direct food contact.
Q: Are the concrete jars sealed?
A: Yes. Our concrete jars are sealed to help protect the surface.
Q: Can I put water inside a sealed concrete jar?
A: Sealing helps protect the surface, but we still recommend avoiding standing water. If water is used, empty and wipe the jar dry promptly.
Q: How do I clean the jar?
A: Wipe gently with a dry or slightly damp cloth. Avoid soaking, dishwashers, harsh chemicals, and abrasive sponges.
Q: Will there be small imperfections?
A: Yes. Each item is hand-cast, so small variations in texture, tone, and tiny air bubbles are normal and are part of the handmade character.
Q: Are these items fragile?
A: Yes. Concrete can chip if dropped or knocked against hard surfaces. Please handle with care.
Wholesale & custom
Q: Do you offer wholesale?
A: Wholesale is available for select items. Email hello@mymori.ca with details about your shop and quantities.
Q: Do you make custom pieces?
A: Limited custom requests may be available depending on capacity. Email us with what you have in mind.
